As we prepare for the trials and tribulations of a New Year, take a moment to reflect on the Human Resource journey that takes place in your organisation.
What does the journey say about the organisation’s culture, values and norms? Does it reflect the strategic or operational needs when it comes to complexity, resilience and Knowledge Management?
If you answer in the negative, what are you going to do about it? This journey is your biggest asset and your greatest risk. Get it right and you are on the road to resilience and a healthy future. Get it wrong and there is a high probability that it will have, or is having, a negative impact on your organisation. Don’t just think of 2013, think of the future…what is the risk of doing nothing?

Every step needs to be aligned with your strategic and operational needs – think of the characteristics of complexity and resilience
